Standing Orders
The Standing Orders are designed to codify the practices currently adopted by Bourton Parish Council in the conduct of its business. The latest version was approved by the Council on 16 October 2023.
Financial Regulations
The Financial Regulations govern the financial management of the Council and may only be amended or varied by resolution of the Council. They are one of the Council’s governing documents and shall be observed in conjunction with the Council’s Standing Orders. The latest version was approved by the Council on 4 December 2024.
Grants Policy
The Grants Policy sets out the guidelines for the Council when considering applications for granting cash for activities designed for the benefit of the village and its residents.
The draft policy is still under review by the Council.
